AMWA Organic is a partner of ladies ORGANIC collection 7dub

Ladies organic collection Stripes by a czech fashion designer Zuzana Sedmidubská is made of organic and recycled fabrics. The garments are modeled in very simple forms out of stripes of fabrics.

„I have tried to achieve maximum efficiency without any waste of the fabrics. The fundamental idea is a vision of a considerate garment not only thanks to the organic fabrics, but also to the way of manufacturing for the most part. I looked for the inspiration of the attitude in the second decade of the 20th century, mainly in the Madeleine Vionnet legacy. Folk costumes were also a fundamental source of inspiration for me. "

The collection is made of naturally dyed organic cotton, peace/vegetarian silk, organic knits and PET recycled plush. The colours used are light beige shades accompanied by orange and olive green. Only cotton threads were used.

The up-to-date concept of a sustainability in fashion and textile industry only confirms, that "Stripes" were among the four collections that were picked by a professional jury to be presented at Shooting Fashion Stars in Prague (20th October) – an annual event, that introduces czech young promising fashion designers to a broad professional audience and media.

AMWA Organic had the pleasure of supplying Zuzana Sedmidubská with naturally dyed organic cotton and peace silk fabrics.
