Terms of Trade

Introduction

Please note that despite the following terms of trade, we prefer and individual attitude. Thus, kindly contact us if you have any questions. We will do our best to satisfy your enquiry.

Ordering

By sending an order you are also confirming you know and accept the Terms of Trade. The order is a draft of the purchase agreement, which is established once the order is delivered and payed.

We also have only people working here, thus if there is any mistake in your order, please accept our sincere apologies and do not hestitate to contact us about it immediately. We will put things straight right away.

Payment and means of delivery

We send our goods via postal service. If agreed ahead, it is also possible to pick your order up personally. In case of delivery by Czech post, we send it through Payment on delivery service, if the order is paid in advance, by a bank transfer, we send it as a commercial parcel.

The postage of personal pick-up is free, for delivery as commercial parcel we charge 85 CZK and if the order goes as Payment on delivery, we charge 100 CZK. These rates are valid for deliveries withing the Czech republic.

For deliveries outside the Czech Republic is the postage individual, acording to actual pricing and package weight.

Prices

The price of the order is a sum of the value of the goods and post charge. The quotes are final, we are not a VAT payer.

Taking care of the textile bought in our shop

Every piece of our textile is produced under conditions that fulfil the GOTS certification requirements. But even above that, only with a help of entirely natural materials and extracts. To maintain the natural quality of these products, please take a considerate care of them. Laundering in common laundry detergents will sooner or later destroy any fiber, hence we highly recommend to use only environmental friendly detergents, preferably of natural origin (AlmaWin or Klar branches available in our e-shop, or directly soap nuts, etc.). We cannot give a guarantee for irreversible natural qualities changes caused by a false care, thus kindly follow the maintenance symbols.

Reclamation

In case of any reclaims please kindly contact us via e-mail with a problem description. We try to solve everything as quickly as possible. All reclamations follow the current valid legislation of the Czech republic.

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. Please chose your area (Slovak Republic, European Union, outside European Union). Postage to Slovak Republic is € 8,85 (payment via bank transfer) and € 14 for payment on delivery. Postage to other countries will be calculated according to the actual size and weight of the shipment and rates - we will let you know the total price including the postage in an e-mail.

You can send us the payment to our bank accounts either in Czech crowns or Euro. You are also welcome to use PayPal gate.

We dispatch orders immediatelly upon receiving the payment to our account (excluding payment on delivery for shipments to Slovak Republic).

Returning the goods

Unspoiled goods can be returned within 14 days with no reason specified. If you decide so, please contact us ahead so that we can settle down the following proceeding.

Privacy security

The information you have provided us while registering are private and we manage them in the same way. We respect your privacy and under no circumstances pass your data on.
